The Summer Contest is here! *YAY* Seriously, please READ before joining. :)

Terms & Conditions
1. Only resource site or personal blog are allowed. So if you have both sites, you can only choose one site to join this contest.
2. No inactive/hiatus sites please.
3. Your site must be in ENGLISH.
4. Your site's layout MUST be designed by you. You cannot join if you're using other people's layout.
5. I will judge your site base on your site's layout, followed by the contents. Contents include how attracting your blog entries are.

There will be five categories in total.
1. 3 top winners (1st, 2nd & 3rd).
2. 2 Merits.
3. Most original blog.
4. Most attracting blog entries.
5. Neatest blog.

Contest will be closed once it reaches 15 20 participants. Results will be out probably a few days after it's closed. As for the prizes, I'll keep it a secret first! :) But it will definitely be done (pixelled) by me.
